The bids of ACCO Brands USA, LLC, B&H Photo Electronics Corporation, CDW Government, LLC, Emtec, Inc., Florida Visual Display Products, Inc. dba Florida Chalkboard Company, Focused Technology, Lakeshore Learning Materials, Inc., Pro Sound, Inc., Pyramid School Products, School Specialty, Inc., Schoolhouse Products, Inc., Smiley's Audio Visual, Inc., The Library Store, Inc., Troxtell Communications, Inc., and Visonworx, LLC dba CCS Presentation Systems, were the best low bids meeting the advertised specifications. Reasons for not selecting the apparent low bid are included with the bid tabulation. This bid is for a for a period of one year with an option to renew for two additional one - year periods. Funds for these purchases are contained in the operating and capital budgets of the school and departments. Recommendation That the bids of ACCO Brands USA, LLC, B&H Photo & Electronics Corporation, CDW Government, LLC, Emtec, Inc., Florida Visual Display Products, Inc. dba Florida Chalkboard Company, Focused Technology, Lakeshore Learning Materials, Pro Sound, Inc., Pyramid School Products, School Specialty, Inc., Schoolhouse Products, Inc., Smiley's Audio Visual, Inc., The Library Store, Inc., Troxtell Communications, Inc., and Visonworx, LLC dba CCS Presentation Systems, to provide 'Audio Visual and Video Equipment' in an amount not to exceed $800,000.00 for a one - year period, be approved as presented.
